1.What kind of painting do you supply?
What we supply to our clients are handmade oil paintings on canvas.

2.What's the style of paintings?
We can deal with any styles you need.Just let us know what you need!

3.What sizes of paintings are you offer?
The sizes which we provide include such normal oil painting sizes(inch)-8*10,10*12,12*12,12*16,16*16,16*20,20*24,24*36,36*48,48*72 .However,customers can require any other sizes.

4.What's your minimum order?
We do not have any minimum order requirements!Any amount is available.

5.Do you accept portrait custom paintings?
Yes, we do. Welcome you to mail us your portrait pictures. Our skillful artists can change it into a piece of beautiful oil painting just according to any pictures from your family, your friends, your pet or other pictures you wanted to paint.

6.Does the paintings already stretched?
Normally the paintings are not stretched. Most of the time,the  painting can bu framed at a local frame shop for a lower price than buying paintings that are framed.The flexibility is yours.But we can stretch it if you need.

7.How long the paintings will dry well enough?
It takes around 2-7 days,depending on the thickness of oil and weather condition.

8.How to place an order?
Just choose oil paintings which you like in our website or pictures from your side to mail us. Then provide your detail requirements,including size,quantity,quality and so on.

9.How about your payment method?
We accept:Bank Transfer, Western Union, Paypal.
If total amount is below USD 3000,100% be paid in advance is needed.If above USD 3000, 50% as deposit in advance,then the rest be paid while the paintings are ready for delivery.

10.How about your delivery?
We prefer for small order or sample order in DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT and so on. For big order we will arrange sea freight or air freight. 
For DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,it takes 3-4 days; 22-28 days by sea freight:7-15 days by air freight.

11.How long does it take to get my paintings?                                                            Usually, it take 7-8 days to paint your paintings,4-5 business days to deliver it.
